Personal Need/Special Circumstances:

Please contact CSWNA, 317-416-8285 at least 30 days before the Gathering if you need any special accommodations. Refund Policy Refunds, minus a $25.00 processing fee, are available, if requested, until May 8, 2008. After this date refunds are not available. Grievance Procedure Any person with a complaint regarding any aspect of this Gathering is encouraged to communicate in writing to the President within 30 days after the Gathering. The President will conduct a review and respond in writing within 30 days of receiving this complaint.
